I really liked using the machine it was very convenient when I walked into the Rite Aid store was right there at the front the keys that weren't available in the machine where sent to me my mail and they only took a couple days to deliver the rest of my order. I would definitely use this service again.

Even though there is a business listing in desert hot springs and palm springs they do not service either of those areas.

The one out of 2 keys made. Didn't fit. The other key couldn't be made. I was reimbursed for one...but paid just under $10 for the one that didn't fit my ignition. I have to admit the staff is really nice though.

Horrible... after setting an appointment with a friendly agent and jumping through the hoops they needed me to for my appointment. I received a short call telling me that My appointment is cancelled and they were referring me to their partner company. Suddenly I am transferred to a recording for a different company and when prompted to enter my zip code it says " we do not currently service that area" and hangs up Then when I can Keyme back their system just puts me on terminal hold like they've locked out my phone number or something Call a different locksmith
